1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the product
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products purchased during sale or clearance offers
- Used, washed, or altered items
- Innerwear or accessories (if applicable)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order number, product images, and reason for return
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Refund Policy
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Any payment gateway charges deducted by the bank are not refundable
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for size or color issues, subject to stock availability
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Exchange shipping costs may be borne by the customer
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging
- After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled
- Cancellation requests must be raised within 12 hours of placing the order
